ah, summer!

i wish! this summer is the suck! i want to go to where it is sunny... east of the mountans... santorini. i had seriously forgotten how bad it could be here. last summer was so freaking awesome!

anyway. so far we are keeping up the the beans, chard & zucchini's. i just bought a planter for the deck and put in a whole new crop of lettuce!!!! i am very excited about that! they are sprouting already too! (!!!!)

i am already starting to think about next year and what we can do better (figuring out an easier/better way to water for instance, and ordering up MORE SUN!).

in other news: we are going to the ocean next weekend, and we will be staying in the rain forest.
