welcome summer! stay awhile!!

a warm cloudy day turned into a warm sunny day, and i made a trip to city people's (i had never been to their garden shop in madison valley before) swanson's is still my favorite... but they we having a bamboo sale so i bought a big bamboo!

and:

another lamb's ear (not sure where it should go yet)
another lupine (this one is red!), i put it a put because i know i am going to want to put it in the ground, but i don't have a spot for it yet.

seeds for sunflowers (white italian) & some local xeriscape wildflowers. i planted an entire seed packet of the sunflowers in assorted pots and containers, if they all come up i'm not sure what i'll do, give them away?

i moved some baby tears sedum into the ground

have i mentioned how completely out of control the borage is?
