wind it up

we interviewed 2 realtor's yesterday and we are seeing a 3rd one tomorrow. we got 2 somewhat varied perspectives, but both of them were positive. it is going to be difficult to decide, i am hoping the 3rd perspective will act as a catalyst of some kind.

it starting to feel really REAL, and getting pretty exciting. even though the real estate market is scary right now, it sounds like our neighborhood is still going strong, so that concern is eased now. i think we should be able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time and be on our way...

i have packed about 65 boxes and exiled them to the basement. jak is 95% done packing his office, he will move into my office while we paint it, and then we will be done with all the big painting.

then it is down to the details: garage sale, cleaning, pretty up the yard, clean the porch, paint doors...and the like.

countdown: 18 days

projected cross-country itinerary:

youngstown, ohio
st. joseph, michigan (where we hope to stop & visit the zaroff's)
eau claire, wisconsin
fargo or bismark, north dakota (however far we get)
billings, montana
missoula, montana (where we hope to stop & visit with friends & family)
spokane, washington (where we hope to stop & visit jane)
