fall, edging into winter
no more warmish days
much more cold gray in the future
long shadows
the turning leaves are really spectacular right now
lots of bright yellow and flaming red
i really should go for a walk and take some pictures
one of my favorite late fall, and winter things
is the very edges of the trees where they meet the sky
making a twiggy rusty orange
or a deepish purple
depending on the tree
i am not sure if i will be able to capture what i see with my camera
but i intend to try
